What does the term "Dental Face Lifting" actually mean? Your teeth and bite have a massive impact on the appearance of your entire face and even your skin. When the bite is lowered due to age or orthodontic issues, lips become thin and sunken. Nasolabial folds become more pronounced, and the face takes on a "tense" look. Worn-down teeth that aren't visible when smiling also significantly age a person. With a collapsed bite, patients often grind their teeth at night, which disrupts sleep patterns, creating a "vicious cycle."

After a thorough examination and bite analysis, we design a prosthetic treatment plan to restore the lost vertical dimension. This involves replacing missing teeth (ideally with implants or porcelain bridges) and restoring worn teeth with minimal interference with the enamel. We use durable, highly aesthetic E-max porcelain veneers or partial crowns in the front, and onlays or partial crowns in the back. In some cases, as a budget-friendly option, we use bonding in the posterior sections. This is an aesthetic solution, though less durable and less resistant to staining.
